Return & Exchange Policy
New laptops have no normal return or exchange. Their applicable product warranty remains available.
For used and refurbished laptops, a genuine qualifying hardware fault reported within 7 days of delivery may qualify for exchange after inspection and verification by Badri’s Computers. Exchange is subject to the inspection outcome. After this period, valid hardware faults are handled under the remaining 30-day hardware warranty.
This policy does not provide a general change-of-mind return guarantee.
Contact us with your order number and the problem details before returning a device. Keep the device and warranty sticker intact. The warranty exclusions and claim-shipping terms in our Warranty Policy apply.
