Shipping & Delivery Policy
We arrange delivery across Pakistan. Cash on delivery is available in Karachi only.
Delivery charges are confirmed after we review your order. An initial order request does not confirm stock, delivery charges or dispatch.
Estimated delivery after order approval and applicable payment verification is 1–2 working days in Karachi and 2–5 working days in other Pakistan cities. These are estimates; timing can vary with stock, payment verification, courier service and location.
Provide an accurate delivery address and reachable phone number. Once shipment details are assigned, use Track order to view the courier and airway-bill reference.
Report major delivery-related hardware issues within 24 hours of delivery. Normal warranty procedures apply afterward.
